Credit Card Security

Early Start Project will make all endeavours to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.

When you submit personal information including credit card details, your card information is held securely and only for long enough to process the transaction.  Your information is protected during transmission by Stripe – our preferred payment gateway.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Ensure you log-out when you have finished, especially if using a shared computer.

The personal information we collect from you is stored securely and is only used for fundraising and accounting purposes and to keep our donors informed.

We will not share your personal information with any other organisation and, unless otherwise legally required, will not give your personal information to anyone else without your prior consent.

Donation Refunds Policy

Early Start Project will refund all donations made that are fraudulent due to unauthorised use of a credit card.  In all other circumstances, refunds of donations will be at the discretion of Early Start Project.

Receipting

All donors will be issued with a receipt after payment has been confirmed.  Please ensure you complete the email address details when making an online donation, to enable an automatic receipt to be sent to you.

Currency

All donation amounts are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
